Our Story
Founded in 2022 by Justin and Marco, Strange Rootz emerged from Florida with a vision to grow the best organic cannabis possible, in a unique and creative way that sets them apart from the bullshit corporate cannabis brands that have taken over most of the industry. They put that vision into motion in 2022 and made the move from Florida to Michigan where Justin had family rootz in. Starting first with opening 3 local dispensaries in rural locations in west Michigan. Shortly after they revamped a 10,000 sq. ft. greenhouse into a state of the art 14,000 sq. ft facility that is producing some of Michigan’s finest organic cannabis and solventless rosin. Marco designs all media & merchandise in-house, infusing it with vibrant colors and unique artwork, reflecting the brand's street culture. Strange Rootz combines exceptional cannabis with creative, heart-driven merch, making a notable impact in Michigan's cannabis industry.
